I didn't wake up one morning and suddenly realise I had loads of confidence and self esteem. It was, and still is from time to time a struggle and something I need to work hard at. But it is getting easier, mainly due to the fact I now recognise confidence and self esteem for what it actually is; an integral part of my everyday life. It isn't something that changes from one day to the next or can increase or decrease with a complement or new hair cut. It's something far more complicated than that and something which took me a long time to realise. This is my story on how I lost my self esteem and then years later learnt how to rediscovered it.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this. I'm certainly not prepared to hide behind some carefully edited recording! So as ALWAYS you get the raw - unedited version. Just like with all shows - I need your feedback.
