In 1952, a young man watched a hypnotist at a dinner party. He immediately became obsessed with the subject, and started seeking out every book on the subject he could. He soon took what he read, and started using hypnosis as a way to treat a variety of things, like smoking and insomnia. But then a person walked into his life that changed it forever.
