Nancy Seifer is a student and teacher of the Ageless Wisdom, a tradition that promotes the awakening of higher consciousness through group meditation, spiritual study and service. She is co-author of the award-winning book entitled, ?When the Soul Awakens: The Path to Spiritual Evolution and a New World Era,? and co-creator of the website, Ageless Wisdom for a New Era, with her husband and colleague, Martin Vieweg. Nancy spent many years as an activist for social change—as a Peace Corps volunteer in Africa, an aide to the Mayor of New York City, and then as a writer on American pluralism with a focus on the concerns of working class women.
