Also people have complained that there is no need for here videos series 'Tropes vs Women' because it has already been written about or mentioned in lots of other places. I beg to differ . Her videos are accessible and even non gamers can see the issues of the portrayal of women in video games. She explains the issues in a balanced way and if people actually bothered to see her videos would realise that while she might take a hard stance on some issues she is mostly accurate in her videos. And she made more than the 5 videos promised and more are on the way. For anyone who thinks I'm lying please watch her videos before passing judgment.

Next they say she is a scam artist. That she asked for $6000 using kickstarter for making 5 videos and she ended up getting close to $160,000 at the end of the crowdfunding. This is correct but she only asked for 6000 bucks and when the trolling and harassment happened people wanted to help out to her cause and she ended up with the 160,000 she did not ask for that much.

The Anita sakes sign story is more complicated than what people make it out to be. I didn't know this Anita character either. So I started reading. I got the whole she's a lier and scam artist spiel from many places on the net. But here's where things get problematic there is a video clip that shows her saying she's not a gamer and that games are about killing and cutting people's heads off. That clip is less than a minute long and the rest of the video can't be found as far as I could tell. Remember anyone can take and single clip out oft context and make anyone look bad.
