Think about it:
Due to a specific set of circumstances, we are all being limited in our activities.
Out of necessity, we are in social distance and quarantine mindset.
We have been isolating, out of necessity.
We have been limiting everything we do and everywhere we go, out of necessity.
Our worlds have gotten a LOT smaller – out of necessity.

A person who is obese, due to a specific set of circumstances (childhood abuse, trauma, emotional torture) is limited in their activities.
We limit everything we do and everywhere we go, out of necessity.
Our worlds are a lot smaller than they should be, out of necessity.
We are isolated, out of necessity.
We are constantly in a social distancing mindset, because not many people want to get close to us.
And by the way, have you notice what’s happening to folks right now, after being in isolation for a month?
They’re impatient They’re grumpy They’re depressed They’re frustrated
They’re in despair They’re full of worry They’re going stir crazy!
