The Grinch is dressed in a Santa suit with a Santa hat and is sitting in the passenger seat of Officer Mendoza’s car. The police department Facebooked, “Officer Mendoza seems to think it’s time to decorate for Christmas. Some say it’s too soon. If you see them roll by, just know that half of us are not ready for this yet. We are still waiting for the deviled egg plates first!”
