If you haven't watched the queen's gambit yet, I'm pretty sure that after you will have finished to listen to this piece of audio, you definitely will at least take into consideration to watch it. Here we go.
I'm not going to get too far into the details because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched it. It is must watch television. If you are fed up with all of the media, if you're fed up with all of the politics, it has nothing to do with who you like, who you don't like, who you hate, who you love.
You must watch the show. If you've watched the show I celebrate with you, it was mind blowing, absolutely Eblowing and kudos to Netflix for having the guts to greenlight that project. It was amazing from start to finish. There's tragedy. There's happiness. There's. I mean every emotion is in there and I will tell you it was gripping, absolutely gripping.
And I personally, I personally really, really appreciated the fact that it was it took us back or at least it took me back to a time where technology had no role in any of the series. I mean, none. And the fact that I was so drawn in I will tell you that the simplicity of the storyline coupled with these super complex personalities and the, the subplots, I don't know, they were reminder of how things used to be, less combativeas a society.

So to speaker tells us that he doesn't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched it. Which means that he doesn't want to destroy or reduce the pleasure or interest.
Because if he reveiled more information about the series. Let's say. He told us what happened in the story, it would just destroy our pleasure. Because then we would know what happens.
So another expression I want to point out here is kudos to Netflix. And also for having the guts to Greenlight that project. So kudos to is a way of saying that the results were paperless. It is some sort of a praise given for the achievement. The Netflix got, could be from resulting, from an act or achievement and having the guts means to have the courage to do something.
Another word it's gripping which I want to point out and gripping means that you couldn't think about something else. The seriesis was that good? That it was just gripping. You couldn't turn your grasp away from the series. So at this point, I want to mention that the excerpt I used in this episode comes from a great podcast called Weissology.
And the host talks about different topics, such as politics, financial topics, and series movies, foods. And to be honest, he mentioned it himself that he likes to talk whatever he wants, and it's really worthwhile to learn English by listening to him, Weissology podcast. Thank you so much for having listened to this episode.
I hope you enjoy it and see you soon. Bye.
