Iowa Grammy Great here!!!! Tyger Joshua Utley made his entrance into the world yesterday morning at 3:27am after waiting with my daughter in the hospital since Saturday night. 9 pounds 4ounces!!!! 21.5 inches long. Unfortunately he was too big to cone thru the birth canal so it was a C section. He’s in the Nicu there are some issues but I’m confident both mama and baby will be fine!
