Wayne Jennings is a school leader, founder and change agent in education. He is also the author of "School Transformation," a 600+ page book going through every kind of research possible on the subject. He has spent over 60 years in education pushing all kinds of research based change in several different schools, one of which was named after him. He has implemented mentorship programs, created options for students for whom traditional schooling isn't working and created a hands-on experiential learning program. He has brought his students to learn in the community, taken out report card grades and traditional school subjects. He even brought competency-based graduation to several of his schools.
