Katerina is a Performance Coach and Learning Facilitator at Ditton HR.  Katerina also runs her own learning and development business called Inspire Development where she has been providing a full training cycle service to her clients for over 23 years. Her clients include Siemens, Johnson and Johnson, Lighthouse Laboratories, Bristol University and the NHS.

Katerina has a passion for supporting her clients build high performing teams and is here today to talk about effective team building events, having successfully designed and facilitated several for Ditton HR over the past few years.
