This is Warning Signs, Volume 1, Chapter 5, and Warning Signs Chapter 5. In this episode, Jason and I say goodbye to our loved ones in the Northwest, and make our journey to our new home in Las Vegas.
Warning Signs is my memoir about intimate partner violence and domestic violence. It reads as though it is a fun, romance story, but after each chapter, there is a Warning Signs chapter that explains the domestic violence as it was occurring. Listen on to learn about how domestic violence happens, to help yourself understand and heal, help a friend, or prevent it from happening to you and your friends. I am also a therapist, specializing in helping people heal from domestic violence through workshops and individual and group therapy.
