What I mean to say is if you can take out some of the most intelligent men before they can have families then you can eventually stop the intelligence gene in that particular race especially if you can murder for decades and decades and be covered up by the elite untouchables

I know this is going to sound not main stream but could these killings be racially motivated? In the last year or so we have seen a organized effort to discredit and a call to violence towards people of European descent. Could this be a really shadowy offshoot of what people are not referring to as the Global Elite shadow governments. This could explain why the FBI and local policing are not pursuing because then they will end up dead.
