In Episode 106, Chey and Pav take a look at TikTok - a social media and information platform that has become a phenomenon of this generation - and how teachers are, or can be, incorporating its use in the classroom. Chey and Pav discuss a few different pillars of the way TikTok can be integrated into learning, starting with honouring that it IS, in fact, a valid space for students to learn from. Pav brings up the three ways in which she has encountered its use, student content creation, student content consumption, and then teacher content creation. The dynamic duo goes back and forth with lots of great anecdotes and stories to support and highlight the many ways that the platform has created impact in their learning spaces.
