Just remember to take vitamin D supplements, black people skin have a necessity to need more time of sunlight to catch the necessary benefits. Today we have a major crisis wich is heliophoby telling us the sun is the enemy. But never thinking that 90% of people today, work indoors letting you have low levels of hormone D(cholecalciferol) D3 who will damage alot of functions in our bodies. Black people need to spend 5 hours outside to mediate your D low levels, because you have it. You need Sun more than anybody else. Sun battles depression, cause depressive state likes dark ambients. You are children of light, so you need sun with no solar protection uv. Just go direct like your ancestors did in the desert and relic days. I am no doctor or physician, this is just my opinion with no studies to support. If you don't believe me, just search it. We were made to stay and live outside, we were happier, lived much more, had no diseases and were more spiritual. just think about it fam. Have a sunny weekend, passover good time and praise Yahweh. I saw a video on Rumble last night and this man explained how the jab has medals and snake venom in it. It goes to your organs that is why they want you to take so many does. That they told people to stop smoking, because the nicotine helps to some how block the venom, because of a gland in the back of our head. He told alot.
