Tweener Treat! This is a short meditation that I am offering in between normal episodes. This is a guided meditation best done standing but you can sit if you like.  After an initial relaxation, use this visualization to ground with tree roots into the core of the earth. Complete the meditation by bringing this energy up through your system and clear your chakras. In the regular episodes, I offer many different tools and meditations.
