For obvious reasons, people are more interested in how to make their swim, bike and run faster, but an efficient transition is important. Not to mention how overwhelming the racks filled with bikes can be if it's your first one. In this episode we cover it all. How to transition from the swim to bike and from the bike to the run. There's also some differences between local races and bigger races, like Ironman and other World Triathlon races.
