Guy Morris says: My journey began as a homeless runaway at age 13 working alongside migrant workers to survive. By age 15 I had earned a GED. By age 19, already married, a father, and functionally illiterate I took an opportunity to attend college. After struggling to pass at first, I knew that an education was my only chance to change my stars, so I persevered. I ultimately graduated with
multiple degrees, at the top of the Dean's list with a full grad school scholarship and a separate acceptance to Harvard. I had designed a macro-economic model that outperformed the Federal Reserve. Starting with IBM, I enjoyed a terrific 36-year career in global energy, high-tech, and software for companies including Oxy, Oracle, and Microsoft. With an earned
reputation as a thought leader and innovator of leading-edge technologies, I worked most of my career for VPs and CxOs on a wide variety of projects touching on the environment, climate change, the internet, computer modeling, multi-million dollar tech investments, and artificial intelligence. During my career, I also wrote songs for Disney Records, recorded multiple CDs, led worship in Venice Beach, CA, and produced an award-winning espionage webisode series, optioned by the studios until the FBI came to my door.
