I laugh out loud when bosses pour too much energy into a thought that came to them while driving. It makes me wonder about what they think while leaving waste in the restroom. How many people's lives have been destroyed by a bosses thoughts in a place made to throw things away? We're all guilty of thinking too much. But nobody supports your system of choice. Bosses have HR Departments and Dept Heads to back up their orders. Corporations fail because of too much thought and not enough sweat.
