Beating a dead horse? Well, maybe two. One is on life support. It's about the alleged driver shortage. According to several people in the trucking industry, we've been told..."no, there's a shortage of QUALIFIED drivers." Where do qualified drivers come from? And if there is a serious driver shortage, what is the trucking industry doing about it in 2023 that's new and more creative than last year...or the decade before? We talk to the President of Transcom Fleet Services, Roy Craigen. We agree that it's long past time to stop talking to each other at seminars, conferences and symposiums and instead, get out there on mainstreet!
