Join us on the 30 Day Season CHAMP10N Challenge as we strive for our Desired Outcome: What do you want to be a CHAMP10N for 2 Win Your Wellbeing?

WINNING STRATEGIES
1. Seasons. Find a time period that you want to set an intention and a commitment for. For our CHAMP10N Challenge Team, our season is for 30 days. This helps us break down our goals into a specific time period where we can train within that mindset from that start date all the way through the finish.
2. Resiliency. When the challenge is not very emotionally threatening or daunting, it will help build the resilience within you for that smaller challenge to then help you to move on to bigger and more difficult challenges.
3. 3D Model: Personal, Professional, and Philanthropic. Many people focus on the Professional aspect of their lives because it is the main part of our identity – it’s what we do. It is important to remember all 3 dimensions of our lives and to pour just as much into our Personal and Philanthropic lives as we do into our Professional lives.
