We are taking a break from the Orthodox Survival Course for a few weeks, in order to focus on prayer and the spiritual life. Tonight we want to talk about the necessity for building our interior life, in order to deal with the worsening situation in the world, and to introduce our subject, how to acquire unceasing interior prayer, with help from St. Theophan the Recluse and his chapters on prayer in *Unseen Warfare*.
