The Christmas season is upon us. Lights, trees, presents, parties, and stress abound. It’s so easy to get caught up in the busy-ness of this season that we can miss the beauty of it all. That’s why this Advent, we’re seeking to recapture the childlike wonder of Christmas. For children, this season is marked by presents wrapped under the tree, and over the next four weeks, we’ll see how Jesus’ birth is a gift to our weary world. Because God put on flesh and was born in a manger in Bethlehem, we receive the gifts of hope, joy, peace, and love.
