This week's guest is the head softball coach at Texas A&M, Jo Evans. With an impressive 1200+ wins to her name and a 7-time conference coach of the year, Jo was inducted into the 2015 NFCA Hall of Fame. Not only is she a recent addition to the WeCOACH Board of Directors, her well-earned respect on the national level gives her a voice and platform to influence positive growth on and off the diamond. Jo gets candid in sharing some of the greatest lessons, sacrifices and toughest decisions she’s had to make in her career. Keeping a growth mindset in her approach to coaching – as well as self-care – continue to fuel and reinvigorate her season after season.
