Nl: Fleur en Jasper wonen in Amsterdam.
En: Fleur and Jasper live in Amsterdam.

Nl: Amsterdam is een stad met veel grachten.
En: Amsterdam is a city with many canals.

Nl: Er staan ook heel veel fietsen.
En: There are also a lot of bicycles.

Nl: Fleur en Jasper houden heel erg van fietsen.
En: Fleur and Jasper really love cycling.

Nl: Maar vandaag waait het hard.
En: But today it is windy.

Nl: Het regent ook.
En: It's also raining.

Nl: Het lijkt wel een storm!
En: It seems like a storm!

Nl: Fleur heeft een groot idee.
En: Fleur has a great idea.

Nl: Ze gaat een grote paraplu gebruiken.
En: She is going to use a big umbrella.

Nl: Een heel grote paraplu.
En: A very big umbrella.

Nl: De wind is te sterk.
En: The wind is too strong.

Nl: De paraplu vliegt bijna weg!

En: Jasper holds onto the umbrella.

Nl: Hij is sterk.
En: He is strong.

Nl: Maar de paraplu is nog sterker.
En: But the umbrella is stronger.

Nl: Ze gaan bijna vliegen.
En: They are about to fly.

Nl: Net als een vogel!
En: Just like a bird!

Nl: "Stop, stop, stop!

Nl: " roept Fleur.
En: shouts Fleur.

Nl: Maar de wind hoort haar niet.
En: But the wind doesn't listen.

Nl: De wind gaat maar door.
En: The wind keeps going.

Nl: Ze vliegen over de grachten.
En: They fly over the canals.

Nl: Ze vliegen over de hoge gebouwen.
En: They fly over the tall buildings.

Nl: Ze vliegen over de smalle straatjes.
En: They fly over the narrow streets.

Nl: Ze schrikken.
En: They are scared.

Nl: Maar ze lachen ook.
En: But they also laugh.

Nl: Het is als een groot avontuur.
En: It's like a big adventure.

Nl: Plotseling stopt de wind.

Nl: Jasper knikt.
En: Jasper nods.

Nl: Hij is het ermee eens.
En: He agrees.

Nl: Ze pakken hun fietsen weer.
En: They grab their bikes again.

Nl: Ze fietsen langzaam naar huis.
En: They cycle slowly back home.

Nl: Ze kletsen over hun avontuur.
En: They chat about their adventure.

Nl: Ze lachen en giechelen.
En: They laugh and giggle.

Nl: Wat een dag!
En: What a day!

Nl: Wat een verhaal!

En: And you know what?
