Cecilia and Larry B. are fresh off the Pala Casino 400, the last race at the two mile oval in California, and they have plenty to say. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are one of the closest knit bands ever assembled as they've been making great music since the 80s, but did you know that they're also one of the most in shape bands in the history of music? Cecilia and Larry talk about how this band and other performers actually train hard just like professional athletes to achieve outstanding performances on the stage and on the silver screen. Cecilia and Larry have also been watching two series lately including Limitless and Gotham. Hear their thoughts! And last but not least, The Sports Couple is on their way to Los Angeles to watch one of their all time favorite bands, Skillet, at the end of the month!
