Re: The textile plant in the mid 70s. There was a large movement of labor radicals, centered around Durham, that tried to organize the workers. Several intellectuals and professionals were part of this effort. It culminated in the 1979 Greensboro Massacre. I did not know Sheldon was associated with that movement. Great episode. He was murdered when I was 20 and I've always been fascinated by the story.
