Abby Ehler is joined in Bermuda by four women to discuss pathways into the America's Cup, highlighting women in key roles within AC teams: former Team SCA Navigator & Weatherwhiz Meteriologist Libby Greenhalgh, Bermuda sailor & 2016 Olympian Ceci Wollman, Land Rover BAR's Chief Meteriologist Jessica Sweeney and Spain's Elvira Llabres, a computer engineer with performance team Softbank Team Japan working on her 4th America’s Cup. Ceci is the only female on the crew of Team Bermuda and one of two women in this year's Red Bull Youth's America's Cup (RBYAC).
