Here we speak of the power and transforming of the Native American Sweat Lodge Ceremony. It is a cleansing ceremony, a purification ceremony, cleanses and purges the unwanted. The Sweat Lodge experience is not only a physiological journey, but also a journey filled with emotion and spiritually.
