Rules give us guidance, help us work together and keep communities from devolving into chaos. The Bible gives us rules for living – and we should follow them. But sometimes, the rules don’t mean what we think they mean. Sometimes life is more complicated than a simple rule. In this series, The Rules and When to Break Them, we’ll look at some important rules we’re given in the Bible – things like “always put others first,” “judge not,” “pray without ceasing,” and “always tell the truth” – and see if there’s ever a time when we need to break them.
