I am so excited to share today's podcast episode: a deep dive into the conversation around knowing your why.

As we move through life it can be really hard to continue to find purpose; you go through a change in your job, your kids grow up, or something unexpected happens steering you in a direction, and you find yourself kind of going through the motion without being connected to a sense of passion. Understanding your why is really what will bring so much clarity to us during bouts of confusion and aimlessness.

Now I'm not saying it's as easy as listening to a podcast and being given all the answers- but what I do know is that it is WORTH asking yourself what you want to achieve and understanding the why. The why is like a vetting process, a fire beneath us, and a coach for us throughout the journey- all in one.
