Jesus living within you is infinitely more than enough power to overcome the evil in this world - this world system or culture. (1 John 4:4, Luke 10:17-20) You belong to God and have already defeated and overcome the one in the world – the devil. You have the Father, the Word of God, the Holy Spirit, the favor of God, the weapons of God, and Jesus Christ living in you, which no foe can withstand. (John 1:1, Galatians 2:20, 1 Corinthians 6:19, 2 Corinthians 6:16, Ephesians 6;11-17, 2 Corinthians 10:4-5, Romans 8:31)
God disarmed the principalities and powers, triumphing over them in Christ, Who lives in you, by the power of the cross. (Colossians 2:15) Jesus has taken away the world's power to defeat you and conquered it for you. (John 16:13). And you continually conquer the world system through the action of His mighty power, constantly energizing you to achieve far over and above your greatest request. (1 John 5:4-5, Ephesians 3:20)
