What a great episode, love the inputs and suggestions on research & books to read. We do put pressure on ourselves to be amazing and do everything and the setting boundary suggestions were key. Very interesting point about intersectionality and won reaching menopause in the career rung. I wholeheartedly agree the system and work environments are not allowing females to thrive. I was surprised on the results of male flex working applications. I wouldn't have been able to do what I have without the help of my self employed husband to share some of the parenting workload!
