This episode examines the burgeoning phenomenon that is "Marche du Nain Rouge", the march against the mythical red dwarf said to have been seen before catastrophic events through out Detroit's history. Kyle and Pete see irony in the "Mardi Gras style" parade where people blow whistles and yell at an imaginary dwarf. Is it all just harmless fun though?

After Kyle figures out how to work the phone, they get a surprise call from from former colleague, Oakland athletics broadcaster, Neal Ruhl. Neal breaks some exciting news involving Detroit City FC.

Also Nancy Kaffer of the Detroit Free Press did something that few in the mainstream media have dared to do; question Dan Gilbert and the budding surveillance downtown.
