It's the insidious persecution of The Gospel that I see very clearly. Christianity (to me) requires 100% personal freedom before the 'Salvation' can be claimed by a 'believer'. I don't see 'Freedom' as a prerequisite in any other belief system or -ism or -ology.

Waking up from a bad dream "You can't explain what you know, but you feel it. You've felt all your life that something is wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but you know it's there, like a splinter in your mind driving you insane." (from the movie "The Matrix") Some consider themselves "awakened" if they only know that the climate religion is not about "man-made climate change" and that the Corona religion is not about "disease-causing viruses". What is it then? For the "evil intent" of the rulers (whoever "the rulers" are supposed to be) to establish a "New World Order" (or whatever)? That would presuppose that "the rulers" are also "awake", and here lies the error of reasoning of all conspiracy theorists. Anyone accused of conspiring with what they perceive to be "malicious" are also Matrix denizens who have no idea they exist in the Matrix and who believe that our "modern civilization" is "the best of all possible worlds." For a better than "the best of all possible worlds" the "normal citizen" lacks the comparison. For this you can deal with science fiction and futuristics and then you might come across the following quote from "Profile der Zukunft" by Arthur C. Clarke: "I also believe - and hope - that politics and economics will not be as important in the future as they were in the past. The time will come when the majority of our current controversies in these areas will seem to us as trivial or meaningless as that theological debates on which the best minds of the Middle Ages squandered their energies. Politics and economics are concerned with power and wealth, and neither should be the primary concern, let alone the exclusive concern, of adult, mature people." Politics and economy become unimportant when civilization has progressed so far that all people live completely self-determined and in "immeasurable wealth". Will this only be possible in the distant future with technologies that are still unimaginable today? no way. It would have been possible before Sir Arthur Charles Clarke (1917-2008) was born... Talking about an ultimate truth that's being expressed. Before Jesus was born He said I Am.
