Having worked with many former female athletes on their professional image, Janice talks with Kristin about the two words women should use when framing their work image: successful and attractive. If we strive for those two things, rather than words like “feminine” or “respectable”, we may find it easier to decide how to present ourselves at work, especially in male-dominated environments. She also shares with listeners the pros and cons of dressing an athletic frame and how to do it best.
