In this episode, Julie flips the script on some popular, familiar advice – “Don’t Look Down!”. We’ve all heard that advice before and we have probably applied it when dealing with a major challenge or conflict. Instead of focusing on the ravine, what if we “Focus on the bridge”? When you focus on the bridge, the thing that connects point a to point b, everything else fades away. The divide seems much smaller, the ravine not nearly as threatening.
