Pharmacists across the country will be able to work in physician offices to deliver a full suite of value-based services to Medicare patients. By working collaboratively with other health care professionals, the PharmD Resident will be able to practice at the height of his or her diploma and license as a true health care provider
Positions will be offered to individuals who are willing to work one to three days a week, or more in practice facilities in the neighborhoods that
they live in on days off from retail pharmacy
The PharmD Resident Program is powered by an advanced technology hand-held iPad solution that puts the profession of pharmacy in the palm of your hand. You will be asked to speak to doctors in your area to simply introduce the concept of adding a Pharmacist to their practice with no out of pocket expense. WellTrackONE team members will take it from there and present the opportunity to the physician.
Trained Residents will do ‘Meet The Pharmacist’ face to face consultations that include an overall health care assessment with a medication review plus a series of screenings to determine risks that can be avoided to keep patients healthy.
The PharmD Resident will be paid as a provider with a per encounter flat fee determined by the billable services provided based on medical necessity. The average of $80-$100 per patient consultation make this compensation plan higher than any retail pharmacy per hour salary
