No one is to anoint or appoint themselves as a pastor--it is not for the faint of heart--it is a call. It is on one hand arduous and thankless, and on the other hand rewarding and absolutely amazing. Yet for the pastor in particular, and others who minister the Word, God has given several divine directives.
