Daniel McHardy is joined by Tom Farrey, the Executive Director of the Sports & Society Program, which he founded in 2011 with the support of the Aspen Institute.
Farrey has done extensive research and and study on youth sports all over the world and runs his eye over the proposed changes by Sport NZ and our biggest codes to combat the younger generations giving up on sports.
