Scot McRoberts leads the Virginia Council of CEOs, an independent non-profit association that serves CEOs of small and mid-sized companies in Virginia. He helped found the organization in 2000.

He is motivated by the mission of the Virginia Council of CEOs -- to connect the CEOs of small and mid-sized companies for learning and growth. Through the power of peers, he's had the privilege of seeing these entrepreneurs become better, happier, more successful CEOs. When last surveyed, 84% of the Council's members said that it was "the most valuable business association to which they belonged."
