Right the real question would be..."did God say he would" and if so...what's the explanation for all the bad to Christians. And also...is that really what that text is saying. "I can..and I will...pay your bills" But sorry it hasn't happened for you yet...but for me it did.

He just said I’d we will “let” Him then He will do it so apparently we prevent it

"God will" - makes no sense as he is acknowledging all these difficulties people have been going through. So what gets God to do it?
