This Sunday, it's ALL about Enjoyment!
💫Can the players embrace the challenge of playing in the biggest game of the year? Will the coaches find pleasure in calling plays with the game on the line? How will both teams handle the passionate energy being sent from the other side?
When things don't go your way, especially in a big event (game, sales pitch, Super Bowl party), here are two tips to keep those Enjoyment levels up:
✅ Smile more - It releases dopamine into the bloodstream to help elevate that "E" level.
✅ Play more music - if you feel you need to up your "E" level, sing a song in your head or, better yet, play actual music. It's a pipeline to the Zone!
