well that a well balanced diet and regular exercise are two of the biggest challenges when you
live on the road, Robert and Sybil offer easy and practical tips for healthy eating and exercising
while living on that road.
With their roaming roots well established in the RV life years ago, Robert and Sybil are seasoned
travelers whose mission is to keep their fellow drivers healthy, happy and “in the know.”

Robert is an former NASM certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer and nutrition
specialist. Sybil has over a decade of experience as a Creative Director in the media industry
which included print, radio and film work. Sybil documents their journey and produces the
show from the back of the truck, and is a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast as well.
Though Healthy Down the Road caters to truck drivers, RVers, vanlifers, tiny homers and the
like, their information, insight and ideas can benefit anyone.
