This episode was never on a draft board, but the sad circumstances of losing a karter to suicide prompted action on my part to put information out there. This video and podcast is dedicated to the memory of Chris Worthington, a fellow kart racer.

Today I was joined by my friend Vicky Rohrer with the purpose of sharing resources, identifying depression and suicidal tendencies, and how to cope if you lost a loved one to suicide.

Vicky is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has a current active practice. She spent four years working for a county program (CAPE) providing short-term counseling and crisis intervention services for teens and adults.
