One cannot tell the difference between Sunday, Monday or Friday. Weekends and weekdays all merge into one. The entire family is under one roof. Days have turned into weeks, and months. Adults are supposed to work from home. But are not that productive. Bills are piling up, incomes have drastically diminished. Children are bouncing off the walls with too much time on their hands. There is food rationing going on. Tempers are flaring up. There seems to be no escape, no place to go to release the built up tension. Physical and sexual abuse is on the increase. You want to lash out. How you do cope? There is help from a skilled psychologist. All you have to do is listen.
