Jesse started his first company Foreman Promotions at the age of 17 after spending two years creating a name for himself in teen club promotions. From this, he went on to manage two local artists and at the age of 21 he launched a new nightclub called Fuze. Jesse determined after that to focus on school and pursue a career as an agent. Shortly after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University with bachelor degrees in Philosophy and Theatre. He attended his first year of law school at Valparaiso Law School where he was elected an SBA representative, President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and Secretary of the Black Entertainment and Sports Law Association. In his first year of law school, he was invited to the Fritz Pollard Alliance Dinner and attended the NFL Combine. The summer of his 1L year he participated in the Southwestern Sports and Entertainment study abroad program in London, England during the Olympics. He studied International Sports Law and International Entertainment Law at the University of London. One weekend he went to Pamplona, Spain where he partook in the running with the bulls. While stranded in Pamplona a few nights before the running he had an off chance meeting with Enrique Llena the soccer head coach for Nicaragua and they became friends. In his 3L year, Enrique convinced Jesse to represent him as his agent, and that led to Jesse’s second company Global Management Agency. After his 1L year, Jesse returned home to attend the University of Cincinnati Law School. There he was elected the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and he was a regular guest on the Artie Clear radio show. Jesse attended law school with no intention of practicing law but rather being a sports and entertainment agent. After he had graduated from law school he took the NFLPA test in D.C. and met Nodirbek Talipov, their immediate friendship would later become a brotherhood and led the development of Global Sports and Entertainment (GSE).
