James is joined by international Energy Healer Heather Rhea Dawn to discuss her works in Sound Healing and Breath Work.

Heather spent her childhood in nature and dancing as these were Heather's safe places , her sanctuaries. As she came from a family of unhealthy or no communication and sexual abuse , it became Heather's mission to heal , to learn a new way to be in relationship , be with her body and to love myself fully! with help from loving teachers , partners and dedication to learn a through Vipassana, Buddhism. Tantric meditations , Taoist and sexual healing practices and with extensive travel , Heather learned a different way of living , seeing and loving! Her dance continues to unfold and that opened Heather to an intimacy she'd never known before and supported her inner empowerment and healing! Heather now lives a vibrant , pleasure-filled life,connected to her body and spirit. She feels blessed to do the work she does and support others in opening to their esctatic selves!
