Maricarmen offers different ways to help you lose starting with goal setting, explaining that you have to have the willpower and commitment much as you do in life and especially as an athlete. Holistic nutrition is about much more than just food. Eating whole foods and avoiding processed food is key to success as is making the time to do grocery shopping and prepare food to avoid grazing and eating what's in the fridge when you''re hungry and in a hurry. It's also important to understand muscle and macros and how these individual factors play a role in your metabolism.
