Breaking news: We're hearing the new starting Washington quarterback has been named and it's Jake..... err... Jacob Eason. This isn't really a huge surprise, but something kept Coach Petersen from making this decision a long time ago. There are actually two interesting Mariners games taking place this weekend at T-Mobile Park. When was the last time we could say that? First, Justus Sheffield, one of the M's' top pitching prospects is set to get a start tomorrow night. He didn't fair well in AAA earlier this season, but dominated after being demoted to Arkansas. It'll be one of our first opportunities to see one of the M's' theoretical starters for years to come. Then on Saturday, Felix Hernandez returns for what will likely be one of his last starts in a Mariner uniform. College football is back and it's time to make some money.
