According to a report from Matt Norlander of CBS Sports, long-time Kentucky basketball coach John Calipari "privately expressed significant/serious interest in the Ohio State job but the timing wasn’t right."
Calipari is now reportedly going to leave Lexington to take the head coaching position at Arkansas instead.
So should the Buckeyes have put on the full-court press to land the legendary coach? Or do Calipari's recent postseason face-plants just make him college basketball's version of Jimbo Fisher?
